JONES, Curtis J., Jr., (Jack), 73, a resident of Montgomery died De­cember 15, 2007.  A Memorial Service will be held Friday, December 21, 2007 at 12:00 p.m. at Southern Memorial Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.  Curtis spent his final retirement years doing what he loved most, golfing.  He graduated from Sidney Lanier High School in 1952.  Curtis was a member of Air Force One Lodge, 32nd De­gree Scottish Rite, and Alca­zar Shrine.  He retired from the United States Air Force and the Orlando Florida Police Department.  He was pre­ceded in death by his par­ents, Eula and Curtis Jones, Sr. and one sister, Kathryn Lee.  Curtis is survived by his wife and best friend, Jean Tray­wick Jones of Montgomery; his son, Richard Mahlon Jones of Salt Lake City; one sister, Jo Ann Ward of Trus­sville; three stepchildren, Scott Haywood (Margie) of Silsbee, TX, Rita Joyce (Jerry) of Mont­gomery and Jackie McGuire (Kevin) of Eclectic and grand­children, Makahla Jones, Ke­vin McGuire, Jr. and Josh McGuire.  Officers and brothers of Air Force One Masonic Lodge will conduct the services. In lieu of flowers the family re­quest memorials be made to Air Force One Lodge, Alcazar Shrine Temple of Montgom­ery or charity of choice. Southern Memorial Directing.
