Dale Lorraine Free (Weaver) (1946-2013) - Class Of 1964

Dale Lorraine Free Weaver, age 66, a resident of Wetumpka for 15 years died peacefully on January 12, 2013. Mrs. Weaver was formerly from Montgomery.

Mrs. Weaver was preceded in death by:

  • Her soul mate Otis Dalton Weaver
  • Her parents Harriet S. and Weldon R. Free
  • Her sister Mary Lynn Free

Mrs. Weaver's survivors included:

Mrs. Weaver retired from Retirement Systems of Alabama (RSA) with 39 years of service.

Funeral services will be Thursday, January 17, 2013, 2:00 pm at Leak-Memory Chapel with Pastor David Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be Wednesday, January 16, 2013 from 5-7:00 pm.

Larry D. Skelton (1961)

Dale Free Weaver was a special person.  Loved her and her family.  Visiting in her and Dalton's home was always special.  Thank you Lord for the life of this good lady.
