Biography, Stories, or Comments:

Our grandchildren are very much a part of our lives. Trenton and John Paul have two sons, Max 14 and John Scott 13. Lots of sports all the time. We are going up to Ole Miss for all occasions. Oxford is a great little city with something happening every minute. We still travel and spend time in Florida at Navarre Beach. We lost our home after the last hurricane and didn't rebuild. Now we are high-rise people.....different but still beautiful and fun. Most holidays are spent with the family at Navarre.

Stories while at Lanier :

I attended Belhaven University here in Jackson. My best friend married one of Scott's six brothers and Scott and I married a year later. We have been married 47 years. Scott went to Notre Dame. He then went to the University of Tennessee. UT had a school of transoortion. He started running the family trucking business and did so until he retired a few years ago. With his work we were fortunate to travel all over the world. It was a wonderful experience and I am glad we were young. We couldn't keep up the pace now.

Rick, I am Sandra Starr Smith. Our families were friends growing up. I loved your mom so much. I still remember make up tips she taught me. My mom is still alive and lives here in Jackson, ms. as my husband and I do. Scott Miller and I have been married 50 years. Your little sister was named after me. I would like to hear about your group. Where is Rhett ? And how is it ,you moved to California? We have family in Carmel. Scott's family was from Berkley and many still live around. They were in the timber business......... would like to know if your mom is still alive. My mom is 93 and just moved our of her home. She is still in a good thinking state of mind. We talked about good friends one day........ and she said your mom was the best friend we had ever had.
