Llewellyn B. Garth, 76, a Montgomery resident, died Wednesday, October 29, 2014.

A U.S. Air Force Veteran, he was a graduate of Troy State University, and had earned his Juris Doctorate from Jones Law School in Montgomery. He had also retired from the State of Alabama as a Parole and Probation Officer.

Survivors include his children, Eddie Garth (Michele), Susana Garth (Javier), & Richard Garth; grandchildren, Micah Garth, Alex and Laura San Mateo; brother, Edgar Garth; sisters, Edna Bird and Barbara Robbins; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A private serivce will be held at the Alabama National Cemetery at a later date.
