Gloria Iris Morgan Frayne was born in Pine Hill, Wilcox County, Alabama on 13 July 1938. She graduated in the class of 1956 from Sidney Lanier High School in Montgomery, Alabama. She taught school in Marion, Alabama. She married Robert Frayne and following his death, she moved to Gautier, Mississippi where she was a member of the Catholic Church. She died 15 July 2015 at the age of 77 and is buried in the Pine Hill Cemetery in Pine Hill, Alabama with her parents.
