ZIEGLER, Evelyn Grey McAdo­ry, age 93, of Montgomery died on April 28, 2009.  She was the daughter of the late Dr. & Mrs. E. D. McAdory and the wife of 56 years of the late William Henry Ziegler.  Mrs.Ziegler earned her AB Degree from Alabama College (Mo­ntevallo University). She taught in Bessemer and at Sidney Lanier in Montgom­ery.  She was a member of Zeta Phi Eta Professional Speech Fraternity, National Collegiate Players and Ala­bama Players. A native of Cullman, she lived most of her life in Birmingham.  She was along time member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Homewood.  Survi­vors include son, Bill Ziegler, Jr. (Sandra); daughter, Molly Riggins; grandchildren, Katie Riggins, Wendy Overstreet and Dusty Ziegler along with 2 great grandchildren.  The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 2, 2009 at Ri­dout's Valley Chapel in Homewood, Al, from 10:00 until 11:00 in the morning.  Graveside services will be at 1:00 in the afternoon at Cull­man City Cemetery in Cull­man, AL. Dr. Andy Wolfe will officiate.  The family requests memorials, honoring Mrs. Ziegler, be directed to Trinity United Methodist Church,1400 Oxmoor Rd., Home­wood, AL 35209.
