Billy Livings, 75, of Vero Beach, Florida, died Monday, October 17, 2011 at Indian River Medical Center. He was born January 14, 1936 in Elmore County, Alabama and was a resident of Vero Beach since 1979, coming from Montgomery, Alabama. Billy was a graduate of the University of Kentucky, earning a Master's of Art Degree. He retired as the Athletic Director/ Head Football Coach for Vero Beach High School. Billy was a member of the Alabama Hall of Fame, Vero Beach High School Quarterback Club and the Community Church of Vero Beach. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Rosemarie; daughter, Libby Livings-Eassa of Vero Beach; two sons, Mike Livings of Vero Beach and Matt Livings of Palm City, FL; brother, John Livings of Montgomery; eight grandchildren and one great- grandchild. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 23rd at 3:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Montgomery, Montgomery, Alabama.
