Mr. Benjamin Harry Sharker, 85, of Montgomery, Alabama passed away Friday, January 6, 2017, peacefully at his home. Mr. Sharker was a graduate of Lanier High school, attended the University of Alabama and served in the U.S Air Force.
Mr. Sharker is survived by Nadine Sharker, his wife of 60 years; children Debra Sharker, Rachel Zebrak (Arthur), Cynthia Sharker and Natalie Brendle (Hal); grandchildren Stacey Hess (Yehuda), Blair Brendle, Chaya David (Ben), Brandy Brendle and Blakely Pemberton (John); and great grandchildren Eliana and Eitan Hess and Ezra David.
Pallbearers will be John Sharker, Steve Sharker, Frankie Sharker, Morris Capp, Barry Ehrlich, David Ehrlich, John Kirkpatrick, and Hans Hoewt.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Raymond Cohen, Leon Capouano, Steve Miller, Randy DeButts, Tommy Vaught, and Jeff Bern.
Funeral Services will be Tuesday, January 10, 2017, at 12:00 noon, visitation 11:00-12:00 at Leak Memory Chapel with Rabbi Scott Kramer officiating.
