Gaston W. Callis went to be with the Lord Feb. 25th he was born in Choctaw Co. in 1931. He is survived by his wife of 61 years Faye Callis; sons, Mike (Karen), Mark (Beth); 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sisters Eloise (John) Land, Tommie Sue Cogle; brothers, David (Barbara) Callis & Morris (Cynthia) Meador. He was preceded in death by his daughters, Debbie Woodall & Judy Smitherman, brothers, Jimmy Meador & Clifford Callis. He was a member of Burkeville United Methodist Church a Mason and member of Fleta Lodge 223. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30am on Tuesday, February 28, 2012at Burkeville United Methodist Church, Hwy 80 West, Montgomery, AL with Rev. Paul Turner officiating.
