Martha Edge Durham, age 83 of Montgomery, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. Robert C. Edge and Lucille Hasty Edge, and her brother Rev. Robert C. Edge, Jr. She is survived by her husband of sixty years, Dr. Henry S. Durham, her children, David Durham (Susan), and Carol Sprouse (Gordon); grandchildren, Philip Durham and Laurelyn Durham.
The family will receive friends on Friday, March 27, 2015 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Leak Memory Chapel. A memorial service for Mrs. Durham will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 28, 2015, at Capitol Heights Baptist Church. There will be a private graveside service for the family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Capitol Heights Baptist Church.
