Margaret Welch Alford, of Macon, GA died on Thursday, July 22, 2010. Mrs. Alford, daughter of the late Frank and Jessie Welch, grew up in Montgomery, Alabama where she married her childhood sweetheart, Murry Lee Alford. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, July 24, 2010, at 11:00AM at Vineville Baptist Church, Macon, GA with the Reverend Tripp Martin officiating. Burial will be private. The family will greet friends at the church following the service.
