Laura Mae Tresslar (Cottle) (1927-2017) - Class Of 1945

Cottle, Laura Tresslar "Toni" passed away on August 1, 2017, at the age of 90. Mrs. Cottle was a lifelong resident of Montgomery and a longtime employee of New England Life. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh L. Cottle, her parents, Merton and Carolyn Lacy Tresslar, and her sister Elizabeth Tresslar May.

Mrs. Cottle is survived by her niece, Carolyn May Keesee and her husband Mike; nephew, Dr. Stuart May, III and his wife Sara; stepdaughters, Barbara Moore and her husband Brice, and Betty Mooneyham, all of Montgomery; six stepgrandchildren and ten step great-grandchildren, as well as extended family and friends and her beloved cat, Joey.

A Visitation will be held at Leak Memory Chapel on Sunday, August 6, 2017, from 1:00 pm-2:00 pm with Pastor Reed DePace of First Presbyterian Church officiating. Graveside Service to follow in Greenwood Cemetery.

Pallbearers to include grandsons, Lloyd Moore, Mark Wharton, Martin Mooneyham, Craig Price, Ashley Dismukes, and Mark Britton.
