STEARNS, Dorothy Moser, age 82 died July 7, 2007. Mrs.Stearns is preceded in death by her husband, Sam Britton Stearns and a son, James Brit­ton Stearns. Survivors include: One daughter: Sammie Rembert of Montgomery, AL; two grandchildren: James Britton Rembert and his wife Mary Romano of Birming­ham, AL and Muray Rembert Marshall and her husband, Sam of Montgomery, AL; three great-grandchildren: Mary Ellison Rembert, James Britton Rembert, Jr. and Foster Stearns Marshall. Funeral serv­ices will be Monday, July 9th at 1:00 pm from the chapel of Leak- Memory. Burial will fol­low at Montgomery Memorial Cemetery. Serving as pall­bearers will be James Britton Rembert, Samuel Allen Mar­shall, III, Ross Martin Rembert, Fred Adair Stearns, Stephen Mosely, and Michael Deep and Thomas Harold Stearns.Visitation will be Monday, July 9th from 11:30 am until1:00 pm at the funeral home.
