HIGGINS, Celia K. 87, a long-time resident of Montgomery died July 23, 2006. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Charles T. Higgins; daughter, Linda H. (Larry) Bozeman; grandchildren, Clay (Dawn) Fowler, and Charles Greg (Joli) Fowler; brother Marvin H.(Mary Bruce) Killingsworth Jr.; great-grandchildren, Waylon Moon Fowler and Isabella Rose Fowler.; nephews, Richard (Cindy) Cox and Tim (Tammy) Cox. Graveside services will be Tuesday, July 25th at Greenwood Cemetery with Rev. Dale Huff officiating. Family and friends will gather at Leak-Memory Chapel for visitation at 2:00 pm and then proceed to Greenwood Cemetery at 2:45pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alabama Easter Seal Society, 5960 E.
