CHAMBLESS, Ruth Guy, 87, a resident of Montgomery, AL, died Sunday, November 12, 2006, in a local hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward M. Chambless (Lux).  Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Simmons of Greenville, S.C. and Sylvia Chambless of Brooksville, Fl.; two great-grandchildren, Edward M. Simmons and Ellen Simmons; several nieces and nephews. Ruth was a founding member of Gateway Baptist Church of Montgomery. Our family is grateful for her being welcomed into the Wesley Gardens family.  Funeral services will be Thursday, November 16, 2006, 3:00 PM at Leak-Memory Chapel with burial following in Greenwood Cemetery.
