EAGERTON, Margaret Elizabeth, 86, born, November 11, 1919, passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2006 at 11:00 AM. Graveside services will be Wednesday, October 25, 2006 at 11:00 AM from Greenwood Cemetery. Margaret is survived by two brothers; Fred G. Eagerton (Nancy) Hope Hull, AL and John C. Eagerton, III (Martha) Pike Road, AL., two nieces and three nephews; Elizabeth Dotson (John), Jane Betz (Ken), Fred Eagerton, Jr. (Crystal), Lamar Eagerton (Margaret) and John C. Eagerton, IV (Linda), one great niece and five great nephews. Miss Eagerton served 30 years at Maxwell Air Force Base and retired from the Legal Staff at Wing Headquarters at Maxwell. The family would like to send special thanks to Joe and Linda Thornton, Viola Burt, Ken Betz, Wendy Thompson, Elizabeth Puckett, Helping Hearts Hospice and Dr. Joe F. Howell. Pallbearers will be John Dotson, Fred Eagerton, Jr., Lamar Eagerton, Bill Killough, H.S. Powell, III and Ted Lamar. In lieu of Flowers memorials may be made to Helping Heart Hospice.
